Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were uneven, mostly steady to 10.00 higher, except at Sioux Falls and Ft. Collins 7.00 lower to sharply lower. Slaughter ewes were steady to sharply lower. Feeder lambs were steady to 12.00 lower. At San Angelo, TX 3844 head sold. Equity Electronic Auction sold 340 slaughter lambs in North Dakota. In direct trading slaughter ewes and feeder lambs were not tested. 5600 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were steady to 3.00 lower. 8,000 head of formula sales had no trend due to confidentiality. 4,259 lamb carcasses sold with 65 lbs and down no trend due to confidentiality; 65-75 lbs .61 higher; 75-85 lbs .02 lower and 85 lbs and up 2.39 lower. All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
