Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were steady to 10.00 lower. Slaughter ewes were steady to 10.00 higher. Feeder lambs were steady to 5.00 lower. At San Angelo, TX 2904 head sold in a one day sale. Equity Electronic Auction sold 196 slaughter lambs in Iowa. In direct trading slaughter ewes and feeder lambs were not tested. 6100 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were 1.00-2.00 lower. 13,300 head of formula sales under 85 lbs were steady to 2.00 lower and over 85 lbs were not well tested. 6,753 carcasses sold with 45 lbs and down 32.19 higher; 45-55 lbs 5.81 higher and 55 lbs and up .47-1.70 lower. All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
